DIRECTIONS & USE
Helps prevent nausea and vomiting associated with motion sickness, and/or seasickness. 

Adults: 1 tablet (chewable) 5-10 times per day. For motion sickness/seasickness (nausea and vomiting prevention), take a single dose 30 minutes before travel and every 4 hours as needed.
