• A 100% all-natural vaporizing rub with natural plant-based ingredients including; Menthol, Camphor and Eucalyptus.
• Medically designed for effective relief of nasal congestion, coughs, and muscle aches and pains due to colds.

DIRECTIONS

Adults and Children - Apply an even layer to chest and throat, 3-4 times daily. Keep covering/clothing loose to let vapours rise to mouth and nose.

Do not place in nostrils.

For Children (2-12 Years) - Application should be supervised by an adult.

This product can be used by adults and children 2 years and older.

CAUTIONS & NOTES

• If seal around cap is broken or missing, do not use. 
• For external use only. 
• Avoid contact with the eyes and mucous membranes. 
• Do not apply to wounds or damaged skin. 
• Do not apply with external heat, such as an electric heating pad, as this may result in excessive skin irritation or skin burn. 
• Consult a health practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, if you are taking anticoagulant medications or if you have epilepsy or asthma. 
• If you have chronic lung disease or shortness of breath, do not use this product.
• Hypersensitivity, rashes and/or burning discomfort have been known to occur, in which case, discontinue use. 
• Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen, or for use beyond 7 days. 
• Keep out of reach of children. 
• If overdose or accidental ingestion occurs, call a Poison Control Centre immediately. 
• If you experience pain, swelling or blistering, stop use and get medical help right away
