Welcome to our new health initiative towards better mental wellness. You, like many others, may have found the last few years a little more challenging than in past times.

We KNOW it's been hard. Research shows that in recent years, many Canadians reported experiencing at least one negative impact, including loneliness, an increase in physical health problems, depression, anxiety, or posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Results based on age groups:

Aged 18 to 24 = 83%
Aged 25 to 44 = 80%
Aged 45 to 64 = 70%
Aged 65 plus = 54%

There are various forms of treatment and therapies. Our goal is to deepen your understanding of natural health supplements and nutraceuticals to guide you and make informed choices to support your personal journey to better mental wellness.
