Pine needle oil is steam distilled from pine tree needles. Its fresh, balsamic aroma is a familiar scent in seasonal fragrance blends. It is also used in diffusers and as a fragrance in bath oils, foams and cleaning products.

Directions and Use
Mix 5 drops in 5 mL (1 teaspoon) of a carrier oil such as jojoba oil before applying to skin. Do not use undiluted. Apply to a small body area only, 1–3 times daily. Rub and/or massage into skin until the solution vanishes. For occasional use only.
Cautions and Warnings
Not for oral use. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes; if contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with vegetable oil.
Keep out of reach of children. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have epilepsy or asthma.
Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Stop use if you experience nausea, dizziness, headache, an allergic reaction or skin irritation. Avoid exposure of applied areas to the sun.
Do not use on broken, irritated or sensitive skin.
