DIRECTIONS & USE
Adults 19 years and over, take 2 tsp (4g) daily. Dissolve in a small amount of water. If using warm water, wait 30 seconds for product to activate; if using cold water, wait 30 minutes before consumption. Fill the remainder of the glass with hot or cold liquid of your choice. 
Dosage can be taken at once or split throughout the day.
