This product combines fish oil, Vitamins B12, B6, fruit bromelain, herbal extracts and more. 

Ingredients: Fish Oil (Clupeidae, Salmonidae, Engraulidae) (whole) (EPA 45 mg, DHA 30 mg) 250 mg, Turmeric (Curcuma longa) (rhizome) (142.5 mg curcuminoids) 150 mg, Fruit bromelain (Ananas comosus) (fruit) (1000 GDU/15,000,000 FCC PU) 50 mg, Boswellia extract 10:1 (Boswellia serrata) (gum oleoresin) 43 mg (DHE 430 mg), Feverfew (Tanacetum parthenium) (herb top) (0.3 mg parthenolide) 43 mg, Butcher’s broom extract 10:1 (Ruscus aculeatus) (root) 38 mg (DHE 380 mg), Meadowsweet extract 10:1 (Filipendula ulmaria) (herb top) 25 mg (DHE 250 mg), Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) 25 mg, Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) 25 mg.

Non-medicinal Ingredients: Croscarmellose sodium, Silicon Dioxide, Magnesium stearate, Bovine Gelatin(capsule).

Suggested Use: Adults: Take 2 capsules, once daily. Take with food/meal. Take a few hours before or after taking any medications or natural health products. 

DURATION OF USE: Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 4 months.

CONTRAINDICATIONS: Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Some people
may experience sore mouth, mouth ulcers and/or gastrointestinal discomfort. Do not use if you are allergic to plants of the Asteraceae/Compositae/Daisy family or if you are allergic to salicylates.

KNOWN ADVERSE REACTIONS: Hypersensitivity/allergy has been known to occur, in which case, discontinue use. Nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea have been known to occur, in which case discontinue use and consult a healthcare practitioner.
