DIRECTIONS & USE
Men: Take 3 capsules daily. Women: Take 2 capsules daily.
Take before bedtime on an empty stomach for optimal absorption.
Avoid combining with dairy products, calcium supplements, or calcium-rich foods at the same time, as calcium can compete with the absorption of zinc and magnesium.
