Medicinal Ingredients

Per daily serving of 3 softgels:

• Fish oil (anchovy, sardine, mackerel): 1,200 mg, providing EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) 360 mg and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) 240 mg.
• Cold-pressed flaxseed oil: 1,200 mg, providing ALA (alpha-linolenic acid, omega-3) 600 mg.
• Borage seed oil: 1,200 mg, providing GLA (gamma-linolenic acid, omega-6) 225 mg.
• Linoleic acid (omega-6): 225 mg.
• Oleic acid (omega-9): 345 mg.
• Vitamin E (mixed tocopherols): 30 IU.

Non-Medicinal Ingredients

Gelatin, glycerin and purified water.

Recommended Use & Dosage

Adults: Take 1 softgel 3 times daily with food, for a total of 3 softgels per day. Take with a meal containing dietary fats.

Cautions & Contraindications

• Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding.
• Consult a healthcare practitioner before use if you have an active bleeding disorder or take blood thinners, including anticoagulants or antiplatelet medications such as warfarin, aspirin or Plavix.
• Discontinue use at least two weeks before scheduled major elective surgery or dental procedures.
