Aiya’s Culinary Grade Matcha has a stronger tea flavour than ceremonial matcha, helping its colour, aroma and flavour stand out when combined with other ingredients. It is intended for recipes rather than drinking with water alone, where it may taste more astringent.

Directions and Use
Add about ½–1 tsp to flavour drinks, or about 15 g (1 Tbsp) to flavour a batch of baked goods. The number of servings varies with the recipe.
Storage
Keep tightly sealed in the original protective packaging or a clean, dry, airtight container. Protect from light, heat and moisture, and use a dry utensil to measure the powder. Follow the package best-before date.
