Recommended Use

Directions

Children and adolescents (1 – 13 years) – Take 1/2 teaspoon per day. Take with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. 

Adolescents (14 – 18 years) – Take 1/2 teaspoon, 2 times per day. Take with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.
