DIRECTIONS & USE
Adults mix one 1 scoop of BCAA Sport in 240ml - 480ml of liquid (water, juice, etc.) immediately before consumption, 1-2 times daily, or as directed by a health care practitioner. 
Ensure to drink enough fluid before, during, and after exercise.

CAUTIONS & NOTES

• Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, if you have a renal/kidney disease, are following a low protein diet or if you are taking medication for cardiovascular diseases, erectile dysfunction, and/or blood thinners.
