Non-medicinal Ingredients
Xylitol, cellulose, maltodextrin, lecithin, citric acid, natural flavours, stearic acid, vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant).

Directions & Use
Recommended dose:
Children and adolescents 3–18 years old: Chew 1 tablet daily with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products, or as directed by a health care practitioner. 

Adolescents 14–18 years: For iron deficiency claims: Chew 2 tablets daily with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products, or as directed by a health care practitioner.
