• Magnesium (from magnesium bisglycinate 600 mg), 120 mg

Non-medicinal Ingredients: Cellulose, magnesium stearate, hypromellose, croscarmellose sodium, silicon dioxide, long pepper, and glycerin.

Recommended Use: Adults, take 1 tablet twice daily with food.
