Quality Sleep is a comprehensive sleep formula used in herbal medicine to help relieve restlessness and nervousness, thereby promoting better sleep. It combines calming ingredients including ashwagandha, L-theanine, chamomile, lemon balm, and magnesium.

Medicinal Ingredients

• Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla L.), 150 mg, 5:1 equivalent to 750 mg dried flowers
• Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera L.), 125 mg, 10:1 equivalent to 1.5 g dried root
• L-theanine, 100 mg
• 5-HTP (5-hydroxy L-tryptophan), 75 mg
• Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L.), 50 mg, 10:1 equivalent to 250 mg dried herb top
• Magnesium from magnesium bisglycinate, 50 mg

Non-medicinal Ingredients: Calcium carbonate, croscarmellose sodium, hypromellose, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, and glycerin.

Recommended Use: Adults, take 2 tablets once daily with a meal before bedtime. To minimize the risk of gastrointestinal side effects, start at a lower dose and slowly increase to an effective dose over a 2-week period.

Cautions and Contraindications: Do not use if taking antidepressants or if you have scleroderma.
