Recommended Use: 

• Take with food a few hours before or after taking other medications or health products
• Children (5-9yrs): Take 1 capsule per day. To prevent choking, do not allow children under 6 years old to swallow a capsule whole. Open the capsule and mix the contents with food or drink.
• Children (10-13yrs): Take 1 to 2 capsules per day.
• Adolescents (14yrs+): Take 1 to 3 capsules per day
